Track your purchase order

Two numbers, two boxes: box 1 = your purchase order number (just the numbers), box 2 = our job number (J-…). Both must belong to the same order.

Got our e-mail “Your order is on the machine — Job J-…”? Just press Track my order in it — both boxes fill in for you.

Your order

1. Your purchase order number * Where to find it: on the purchase order you sent us, next to “PO #”, “PO No.” or “Purchase Order” (usually top right). What to type: just the numbers — e.g. 6324. For “P065362” type 065362; the last four digits (5362) also work.

2. Our job number Where to find it: in our e-mail “Your order is on the machine — Job J-1002” (subject line and the green Job ID box), or on our order acknowledgement. What to type: exactly as shown — J- then the number, e.g. J-1002 (typing 1002 also works).

No job number yet? We assign it when your order goes on a machine and e-mail it to you. Until then, type box 1 only to confirm we received your purchase order.
